It has been 2 weeks so far at my training in PEACE program. So, far I learned that what to expect when I mediated two people. I learned that I'm not there to solve their problem, but Im only there to guide them threw the steps to solve it. I also learned that everything that happens in peer mediation. I cannot speak about what happened out side those doors. Im really enjoying it!
2 more weeks left!!!
